All products are immediately available
Orders that are immediately available and placed before 5:00 PM will be shipped the same day (Monday to Friday) from our warehouse and picked up by PostNL or DHL. You will receive a track & trace code the same day to follow your package. PostNL or DHL delivers the order the next day to the location of your choice in the Netherlands and Belgium.
If you place an order for which all products are immediately available on Friday after 5:00 PM, Saturday or Sunday, we will ship it on Monday. In this case you will receive your order on Tuesday.
One or more products have a delivery time
In addition to our stock that is immediately available, we also have external stock. These products have a delivery time of 1 to 10 working days. This delivery time is indicated for each product in the availability. If you place an order with multiple products of which one or more products has a longer delivery time, this delivery time applies to the entire order.
Punching bags & puzzle mats
Punching bags, puzzle mats and packages with different dimensions or weight are sent with an external courier service. This courier service works just like DHL with a tracking code to track your order. The delivery time for this is 1 to 2 working days.

Use the size chart below to easily determine the correct size. Measure your hip circumference for the best fit. This table applies to most Muay Thai and kickboxing shorts.

Tip: Traditional Muay Thai shorts are shorter and narrower than standard kickboxing shorts. If you are between two sizes or have muscular thighs or hips, choose the larger size.
How to measure your hip circumference?
- Use a flexible measuring tape around the widest part of your hips and buttocks.
- Measure over thin clothing or directly on the skin for the most accurate result.
- Keep the measuring tape horizontal and snug, but not constricting.
- Thai shorts should be looser around the thighs for maximum freedom of movement during kicks and knees.
All measurements are in centimeters.
