When will my order be shipped?

Orders containing products that are in stock and placed before 23:59 normally ship within 1 to 2 business days. You'll receive a track & trace code the same day. Valid for the Netherlands and Belgium.

What if my order contains items that are not in stock?

If one or more products have a longer delivery time, that delivery time applies to the whole shipment. Want to receive the in-stock items right away? A partial shipment is available for an extra fee: €6,95 (NL) and €7,95 (BE).

Which carrier do you use?

Regular parcels are shipped with PostNL or GLS, including track & trace. Large or heavy items, such as punching bags, are shipped via an external courier service.

Can I still change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible at klantenservice@thefightcompany.nl. If your parcel hasn't been processed yet, we can change or cancel it.

Heavy or large parcels

Punching bags, puzzle mats and other oversized products are shipped with an external courier service with tracking (1 – 2 business days in NL).

What is your return period?

You have 30 days after receipt to exchange or return. Products must be unused, in their original packaging and with all labels attached.

Are there hygiene items that cannot be returned?

Yes. Mouthguards and groin guards cannot be returned once the seal or packaging has been opened.

How much does a return cost?

• Free return label when you choose store credit
• €6,95 (NL) or €7,95 (BE) for a cash refund

How do I register a return?

Register your return via our returns portal. You'll then receive a DPD label with instructions.

My return was rejected. What now?

If a product is used or damaged, or labels or packaging are missing, the return may be rejected. In that case we'll always contact you by e-mail.

How do I measure my hand circumference?

Measure around your palm with a flexible tape measure (without wraps, over the knuckles, excluding the thumb). Note the snug circumference in cm.

Does clothing run large or small?

It varies by brand and model. Always check the size chart on the product page or e-mail us for advice.

Which payment methods are available?

At checkout we show the payment options available for your country, including iDEAL, Bancontact and credit card.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, the digital gift card is delivered instantly by e-mail with redemption instructions. No extra costs.

Can I get a VAT invoice?

Yes, your order confirmation is a valid invoice. Missing any details? E-mail us and we'll update it.

Do you have a physical store?

Yes, you're welcome at our store in Amsterdam, Jan Evertsenstraat 78 (1056 EE). Check the current opening hours on the store page.

My product arrived damaged or incomplete

Take photos of the damage, packaging and shipping label within 48 hours and e-mail them to klantenservice@thefightcompany.nl. We'll resolve it quickly for you.

Wear and tear

Intensive use causes wear. Check your gear regularly and replace it in time when the padding or material deteriorates.
