Order Status
Status of my order
Want to know when your package will arrive? Follow the steps below. We keep it simple: you can always go by the longest delivery time if you ordered several items.
Items marked in stock normally leave our warehouse quickly. After shipping, delivery usually follows within 1 day of receiving your tracking code.*
Some items have a delivery time (e.g. 2–5 business days). This means the product is first on its way to our warehouse. We then ship it to you right away. Always go by the longest delivery time in your order.
As soon as you receive a tracking code, your order has been shipped and picked up by the courier. Delivery normally follows within 1 day.*
The delivery time per product is listed in your order confirmation email. In rare cases delivery can take 1–2 days longer, as we depend on both suppliers and courier services. Thank you for your understanding!
- Open your order confirmation and check the delivery time per item.
- Do you have items with different delivery times? Go by the longest delivery time as an indication.
- Have you received a tracking code? Then your order has been shipped and is normally delivered within 1 day.*
