Venum Kontact Shin Guards Size Chart
Choose your size based on the length of the shin part and the foot part of the protector (not your leg length). This model is a pull-on/elastic protector.

Tip: Undecided? The Kontact will be snug on first use and will stretch slightly after a few training sessions. If you are between two sizes or have wider calves, choose the larger size.
How do I measure for the correct size?
Measure the protector lengths as shown in the diagram: this reflects the actual coverage of the product.
- Shin part: length of the protector from just below the knee to above the ankle.
- Foot part: length of the instep protector from ankle to beginning of toes.
- Fit: Do you wear thick socks or long tights underneath? Consider 1 size larger.
- Usage: for technical sparring, a bit more coverage is comfortable; for fast pad/bag training, it can be more compact.
- Maintenance: wash at 30 °C in a wash bag and air dry to prevent shrinkage.
